Fall 2015, George Mann, and Zhipeng Lu
In collaboration with Ian Santschi, Niloofar Hosseini, Rajvi Patel, and Antonette Serafin, We designed
the HEB of the future in 2025. The Dallas site location provides accommodations for customers
from residential homes and fast-paced customers from the highway. There is a Daily Fresh zone at
the front of the store to encourage eating healthy food daily. There is a gardening demo to provide
culinary education. A fitness area makes this HEB fit all of customer’s wellness needs.
