As the first ground up location of Gloria's Latin Cuisine, the exterior details are a crucial step in the design process. During this project I developed my knowledge of the IECC, a typical wall section, and the construction process. I was heavily involved in the construction documents, bidding, negotiation, and construction observation phases.
