Gloria's Latin Cuisine is a multiple location restaurant and bar. Some locations, such as Houston, TX also have the capability to transform into a night club on the weekends where Salsa dancing is encouraged. This unique combination requires special attention  to the lighting design for lunch, dinner and night life to enhance the ambiance of the mood desired for each period.
