Eligibility: You may be eligible for a return if you received a defective or damaged item, or if the item you received is different from what you ordered. All original artworks and limited edition original artworks are created by hand. Therefore, slight differences may be visible when compared to the advertised photos. These differences due to the handmade nature contribute to the value of the artwork and are not grounds for a return or refund. Returns for non-defective items are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at amanda.sklu@gmail.com within the specified return period. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs if the item is damaged or defective. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item(s) to our designated return address, which will be provided when you contact the customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s). Shipping costs for returning non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 business days. Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted for items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts. What is the Difference Between Original Artwork, Limited Edition Artwork, and Reproduction?
The sale of original artwork, limited edition original artwork, and print reproductions all involve different types of art offerings, each with distinct characteristics and value propositions for both artists and collectors. Here's an explanation of the differences:

Original Artwork:
-
Definition: Original artwork refers to a unique piece of art created directly by the artist's hand. It is typically one-of-a-kind and cannot be duplicated exactly.
-
Characteristics:
-
Uniqueness: Each original artwork is a singular creation, making it highly valuable due to its rarity.
-
Authenticity: Original artworks carry the artist's personal touch, making them the most genuine representation of the artist's vision and skill.
-
-
Value: Original artworks are generally the most valuable in terms of both artistic and financial value.
Limited Edition Original Artwork:
-
Definition: Limited edition original artwork is a compromise between the uniqueness of an original and the desire to produce multiple copies. In this case, the artist creates a limited number of original pieces, each of which is still created by hand.
-
Characteristics:
-
Limited Quantity: The artist decides in advance how many copies of the artwork will be produced (e.g., a limited edition of 50). Each piece is numbered (e.g., 1/50, 2/50) to indicate its place in the edition.
-
Artist's Involvement: The artist is directly involved in the creation of each piece, ensuring that they are similar but not identical.
-
-
Value: Limited edition originals are more valuable than standard print reproductions due to their limited quantity and the artist's direct involvement. They are more affordable than original artwork because there are more opportunities to access the artwork.
Print Reproduction:
-
Definition: A print reproduction, also known as an art print or poster, is a copy of an original artwork created through various printing techniques (e.g., digital printing, giclee printing). It is not an original piece of art but a duplicate.
-
Characteristics:
-
Mass Production: Prints can be produced in large quantities, allowing for wider distribution and affordability.
-
No Handcrafting: Unlike original artworks and limited editions, prints are not created by the artist's hand, so they lack the unique qualities and imperfections of the original.
-
Affordable: Prints are usually more affordable than original artworks and limited edition originals, making art more accessible to a broader audience.
-
-
Value: While prints may have aesthetic value, they have less resale value in the art market than original artworks and limited edition originals. However, they can still be valuable in terms of decorative or sentimental value.

In summary, the key differences lie in uniqueness, rarity, and the level of the artist's involvement. Original artworks are unique, limited edition originals are limited in quantity but still unique, and print reproductions are duplicates created through printing techniques and lack the scarcity of the original. Each type has its place in the art world and serves different purposes for artists and collectors.
